How we work

We buy from farms close to the plant, grade every lot to its count, and freeze it to the specification on the order. Every carton can be traced back to the harvest it came from.

  1. Close to the farms

    We buy from farms around Nellore, so a harvest reaches the plant soon after it leaves the water.

  2. Checked before we buy

    Every harvest is checked for quality and count before a single kilo is bought.

  3. Graded to count

    Each lot is graded by size, so every carton holds the count the order asked for.

  4. Traceable

    Every carton can be traced back to the harvest it came from.
